Maxell’s All-solid-state Battery “PSB401010H” used in Wireless Cooking Temperature Sensor Device

Maxell’s all-solid-state battery “PSB401010H” has been adopted in the wireless cooking temperature sensor device “NICK,” jointly developed by CO-WORKS and YOSHINOYA.

Designed to measure and visualize cooking temperatures up to 100°C, the “NICK” integrates a sensor, communication module, and Maxell’s heat-resistant battery, enabling seamless operation in high-temperature environments.

This innovative device, part of YOSHINOYA’s “Beef Cooker ZENRYOKU Sensing” solution, aims to optimize cooking processes and maintain food quality. Demonstration experiments using the “NICK” have begun at selected YOSHINOYA restaurants.
