Maxell, Ltd. today announced that it will begin shipping evaluation samples of its newly developed “M Type (Magnetic Type)” EMC countermeasure components for high-frequency bands starting in April 2026.
Designed to address the growing challenges of electromagnetic interference (EMI) in increasingly high-frequency environments, the M Type contributes to effective noise suppression around cables, ICs, circuit boards, and connectors used in a wide range of electronic devices.
As electronic equipment continues to operate at higher frequencies from the megahertz to the gigahertz range, the need for advanced high-frequency noise countermeasures has become more critical than ever. Leveraging its long-cultivated expertise in magnetic materials and proprietary Analog Core Technologies, Maxell has developed a thin, flexible magnetic noise suppression film optimized for next-generation electronic applications across consumer, industrial, medical, communication and automotive fields.
