Maxell, Ltd. will begin sales in September of two new products that leverage its mass-produced all-solid-state battery “PSB401010H”: the All-Solid-State Battery Power Module and the Energy Harvesting-Compatible Evaluation Kit.
Designed to address the growing demand for reliable power solutions in IoT devices and industrial applications, these offerings highlight Maxell’s commitment to innovation in energy storage.
The PSB401010H battery is distinguished by its wide discharge temperature range, high reliability, large capacity and output, and excellent safety. Building on these strengths, the new evaluation kit, co-developed with the ROHM Group, enables easy testing of energy-harvesting technologies, while the power module provides scalable capacity and simplified integration into existing systems. With these developments, Maxell aims to accelerate adoption of all-solid-state batteries, reduce design complexity, and open new possibilities for applications where conventional batteries fall short.
